Your Appleton Senior Photography

Your senior photo session only happens once, and I'm here to make sure that it's a memorable experience! I take the time to get to know each of my seniors before their session and talk about ways we can make their session uniquely theirs. As an experienced Appleton senior photographer, I know how important it is to make sure seniors feel comfortable with being themselves so that the real smiles and personalities appear during their session. I primarily hold all of my sessions outdoors to create a natural look and feel to my photos. And love capturing portraits at sunset to get that golden glow!

As your Appleton Senior Photographer, I like to keep my sessions fun, relaxed and memorable. I'll have your senior feeling super confident and they won't be able to stop smiling. I want all of my high school seniors to be able to look back on their photos years from now and still love their images because they truly represent who they are.

This whole process begins with us chatting and you spilling all the deets of your dream Senior Session. I honestly want to provide all of my Seniors with the best experience possible and so I want to discuss everything.
What high school does your Senior your attend? What are their passions? Do they participate in any school activities? What is their style like?

2. Let's get you on the calendar!

As soon as you are able, let's put your session in my calendar. I highly recommend selecting a date sooner than later, as sessions tend to fill up quickly the closer we get to peak season.
Once a date is selected, we'll make everything official with a contract and retainer. I like to keep things super simple and easy. Less is more in my book.

Next, we'll meet over a cup of coffee in person or virtually to create a game plan for your Appleton senior photography session. This part is important because it really gives me insight about who your senior is. Are they shy, outgoing, bubbly? This will help me plan ahead to our session to make sure I can provide a personable experience.
We'll plan location ideas, outfits, and anything else that you'd like to include. We'll be in constant communication to ensure that everything goes smoothly and you know what you can expect. 

3. The planning begins

Our Appleton senior photography session will be nothing short of fun! Parents can tag along for the ride and laughs too during your senior's photo session.
We'll escape to the perfect location, maybe their favorite hangout spot, a family vacation home, the lake, or anywhere in-between. I'll guide your senior through the entire session ensuring that they're not only comfortable, but having a blast too! 

4. Let's have some fun 

After your session, you'll have access to an online gallery to view your images. This is honestly one of my favorite parts because I love hearing how clients feel after seeing their photos for the first time.
After viewing your gallery you will be able to choose your favorite images to keep. And if you're anything like me and can't make a decision because you just love them all, you will be able to purchase additional photos, your entire gallery and artwork collections from your session.

A non-refundable retainer secures your date on my calendar. That day is saved only for you! The retainer covers my time and talent during your session and also includes a consult, planning, choosing a location, etc. 

After we capture your gorgeous senior portraits, you'll have access to a digital proof gallery. Next, you'll choose a digital image collection based upon your favorite images, ensuring you get all your favorites! You'll also be able to order stunning artwork from the digital collection you choose.

I wanted something unique for my senior pictures. Door County is my family’s happy place and I was obsessed with the idea of doing my senior pictures there. We found Ashley online and loved her pictures and vibe. She was awesome with communication and constantly in touch with us during the weeks leading up, so we could make this exactly what I wanted. She loved the idea of Door County and was going to be there at the same time. It was meant to be! During the shoot, she was super helpful with poses and getting me out of my comfort zone to get amazing shots. She even got in the water with me waist deep for some of my pictures!
