About Door County Massage
Door County Massage is a locally owned, woman-owned massage spa with two locations in the WI area. They serve both Sturgeon Bay and Egg Harbor. Owner and massage therapist/yoga instructor Jan Mills-Ladick has been a licensed massage therapist since 2017. Jan was inspired to start her career by her life-long passion for mind-body connection and movement. Jan also continues to further her education in order to learn and master new skills and modalities. A few specialties she is continuing her education in include deep feet shiatsu, thai bodywork, sacred Lomi, zen Shiatsu, orthopedic assessment for massage, kinetic activation techniques, structural integration, Ashtanga yoga, and more. Jan is joined by a team of skilled, passionate massage therapists and estheticians. They enter each session proud and enthusiastic to help you feel your best!

Following a holistic wellness approach and philosophy, Door County Massage offers a massage experience that focuses on what each individual needs. They often do this by combining multiple modalities for a maximum therapeutic benefit. Door County Massage’s team offers a variety of massage services such as Swedish massages in 30, 60, 90, and 120-minute intervals, couples massages with the choice of Swedish or deep tissue for 60 or 90 minutes, table Thai for 60 or 90 minutes, sports massage for 60 or 90 minutes, bamboo massages for 60 or 90 minutes, deep tissue massages in 30, 60, 90, and 120-minute intervals, Ashiatsu massages in 60, 90, and 120-minute intervals, hot stone treatments for 60 or 90 minutes, Lomi Lomi massages for 60 or 90 minutes, and the myofascial release massage technique for 60 or 90 minutes.
They also offer a few massages that may be especially helpful to moms, in my opinion, and include the craniosacral therapy in 60 or 90 minutes that consists of gentle stimulation of the bones in the skull, spine, and pelvis to help with normal flow, the lymphatic massage for 60 or 90 minutes that encourages the movement of lymph fluids around the body and can help with lymphedema and fibromyalgia, the abdominal massage for 30 or 60 minutes that can help with digestive issues, scar tissues, improved blood flow, anxiety and stress, and alleviate menstrual cramps and the prenatal massage therapy offered in 30, 60, or 90-minute intervals which consists of a therapy specifically tailored for the expectant mother’s needs!
Specialty
Door County Massage offers a few specialty services along with their regular services, such as facials which can include custom facials, anti-aging facials, teen facials, and back treatments. Owner Jan also personally offers The Jan Special, which consists of a combination of myofascial release, Thai bodywork, and Ashiatsu, paired with a personal assessment and use of various modalities to address your particular issues, pain patterns, or requests!
