Door County in the Fall is absolutely gorgeous! The trees all turn an array of gorgeous colors and next to the blue water, it makes an absolutely breathtaking view! There’s also so many different fall activities going on and tons for your family to do during the fall! While visiting aI recommend exploring some of the wonderful pumpkin patches in Door County for a day of fun!
The Denn is an absolute must when it comes to pumpkin patches in Door County! Not only do they have a pick your own pumpkin patch, but they also have so many other family friendly activities! Your family can easily spend a full day here and enjoy the corn maze, a playground, pony rides, bounce houses, painting projects and so much more! There’s also a ton of different photo opportunities inside the maze and on the property, so your family can have some fun photo memories from the day! Typically they also have food trucks on site on the weekends, so you won’t even have to leave to grab lunch! Fall festivities typically take place from mid-September through the end of October. Some of the different activities have separate costs, so be sure to plan ahead.

This pumpkin patch in Door County is located in Forestville. And your family will enjoy a day of fun at this traditional pumpkin patch. Red Barn has pumpkins for carving, decorating and even pies! They also have a corn maze, farm animals, apple slingshot, obstacle course, games, barrel train, hay rides and a ton of other activities. The maze usually takes about 30-60 minutes, so be sure to plan some extra time to enjoy the other fun activities while visiting! There is an admission fee, but it includes the maze, hay ride and all the other activities. Pumpkins, souvenirs, concessions and other items are separate. Red Barn does accept cash, checks and cards and payment must be made at entry. Dogs are also allowed on the property, so feel free to include them in on the fun!
You’ll love your pumpkin patch experience at Door County Wildwood Market! You’ll find this charming Door County pumpkin patch just north of Sister Bay. You can choose from picking your own pumpkins or purchasing from their pre-picked selection while visiting. They also usually have a section of Fall sunflowers for a fun photo op as well as flowers for you to pick. After picking your pumpkins you can step inside their market store and purchase different baked goods, jams, and Door County treasures. This is definitely a low key option for picking pumpkins if you’re looking for something a little more chill.

While I love recommending visiting local pumpkin patches in Door County for a day of fun, I do also understand that pumpkin patches aren’t practical for everyone. If you’re hoping to find pumpkins in Door County that are pre-picked and Fall goodies then I recommend you try visiting one of the local orchards and markets. Some of my favorites include Wood Orchard Market in Egg Harbor, Lautenbach’s Market in Fish Creek and Seaquist Orchards in Sister Bay. You’ll not only find pumpkins at these locations, but also other Door County goodies including jams, dips, souvenirs, wine and so much more!
