Notre Dame Academy in Green Bay is an excellent school for your high schooler. This Catholic high school has been open since 1990 and is extremely reputable. Their curriculum is outstanding and they offer many advanced college credit courses. Notre Dame also has an excellent staff dedicated to helping their students succeed. Outside of the classroom, this local high school offers different athletic programs and activities to their students. Some of the sports offered are football, basketball, volleyball and dance. You can feel confident choosing Notre Dame Academy for your teen.
2. Providence Academy
This private high school in Green Bay would be a great option for your teen! Their educational program really focuses on developing critical thinking skills and helping students solve problems on their own. They strive to help all their students become leaders who are devoted to their faith. Providence Academy in Green Bay is a Christian school where faith is at the center of everything they do. And that includes sports and extracurricular activities as well. They have many different opportunities including band, choir, football, volleyball, soccer and drama just to name a few. 3. Bay Port High School
Bay Port High School is a fantastic public high school in Green Bay that is part of the Howard-Suamico School District. This school has many different academic opportunities for its students including AP courses, International Bacculaureate program (provides advanced opportunities for students who are wanting to apply to colleges and universities with a competitive application process) and a youth apprenticeship program (work-based learning experience). Bay Port also has a multitude of athletic opportunities including football, volleyball, golf basketball, hockey, softball, baseball and many more! If you’re looking for a public high school in Green Bay that will offer your teen amazing academic and athletic opportunities, then I would consider Bay Port.
4. Ashwaubenon High School
Ashwaubenon High School is located just outside of the Green Bay city limits, but it’s an exceptional school. The staff at this high school in Green Bay is extremely helpful and genuinely cares about their students. They even have a program called Beaux Mettler Innovation Center, which aims to teach students about technology and engineering. It’s a collaboration between the high school, NWTC, NEW Manufacturing Alliance and the Beaux Mettler Foundation. Ashwaubenon also offers a ton of different athletics including football, volleyball, swimming, basketball, hockey, skiing, softball and baseball. Not only that, but they also offer students opportunities to join clubs like Spanish, DECA, forensics, math team, student council, jazz, theater and more! Your teen will definitely have endless opportunities at Ashwaubenon High School.
5. Bay City Christian School
This high school in Green Bay opened in 1979 and has since become a great educational institution for students in the area. Bay City Christian School has smaller classroom sizes and loves that it gives their students a safe place to learn. Their academic standards are set high and they actively work on helping students with fundamental areas of knowledge. Outside of the classroom Bay City offers some athletics to their students including soccer, basketball and volleyball. They have more to offer when it comes to clubs and activities at their school. Bay City has become known for their music program which includes choir, chimes, piano, violin, band and more.
